Mass flow rate is the amount of mass which enters or leaves a system per unit time. The SI
unit for mass flow rate is kg/s. Other units are:
- 1 kg/h= 1/3600 kg/s
- 1 t/h= 1/3.6 kg/s
- 1 lbm/s= 0.453 kg/s
