CONSUMER GUIDELINES FOR PAYMENT OF ELECTRICITY BILLS AT THE COUNTERS OF THE CASH OFFICES

 With a view to ensure prompt processing of payments and also smooth transaction at the counters

of the Cash offices, consumers are requested to please follow the following guidelines:

Please tender exact amount at the counter.

Before leaving the counter please check the following in order to avoid future disputes:

1.	The amount imprinted on the receipt has tallied with the amount tendered.
2.	Balance Change if any has been properly received.

"Indicative range" pertaining to the periodically operational Cash Offices are purely indicative. The actual operational days are displayed on the notice board of respective Cash Offices on the last operational day of the previous month.
